"We needed to update our yard and remove our dying lawn. I called and spoke with Tim at the end of June, along with 2 other companies for estimates. Tim was very pleasant and friendly and told me up front that they wouldn't be available until the following month, which I appreciated. He came by and looked at my yard to discuss what I wanted. He was just as pleasant in person and very understanding, and offered some helpful suggestions. Together we chose the pavers and rocks I wanted. I ended up going to the suppliers with my husband and chose something different. TIm was very flexible. When work got started his people were prompt and friendly. We then went to the nursery together and picked out the plants I liked. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he is.
